Savannah is CTO and Founder of Temporal Agriculture. Savannah has a deep appreciation for the creativity of nature, driving a passion for learning from the strategies of the natural world to inspire more efficient and sustainable technology solutions.

Prior to Temporal Agriculture, Savannah was a research scientist and team director at Apeel Sciences, where she contributed to foundational research elucidating the mechanisms driving the ripening and decay of fresh produce. In addition to her individual technical work at Apeel, she most recently led an international team of product development scientists. She was responsible for driving the team’s fast-paced product development and process engineering efforts required to bring new fruit and vegetable coating opportunities to market, coordinating efforts across multiple continents.

Savannah received a Bachelor’s in Chemistry and Biochemistry as well as a Master’s in Molecular Biology from the University of California, Santa Barbara where she studied bio-inspired materials in the Morse Lab.
